The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has recently appointed Nidhi Verma as the Group Manager Marketing Communications. Previously, Verma was the Head PR & Marketing Communications at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences. In her new role, Verma will be responsible for strengthening the brand communication strategy and media management.

With over 12 years of extensive experience in the industry, Verma has hands-on expertise in PR and Marketing Communications. She started her career in the Hospitality industry from operations and was part of the front office team, before she chose this path and has worked with well-known hospitality brands like Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt and Accor.
A strategic thinker and team player, Verma possesses strong interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate others. She has successfully launched & re-positioned brands in highly competitive markets, opened new hotels and nurtured strong media relations with a good understanding of the media landscape across markets.
Winning coveted industry awards and accolades as “Best PR & Marketing Person” year after year have made her what she is today.
She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Symbiosis International University, Pune and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
