Deepak Sarkar has joined Double Tree by Hilton, Gurgaon, as the Executive Chef. Sarkar graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, in 2002. He has 16 years of experience, and has worked for Hotel Metropolitan Nikko and Hyatt Ahmedabad. Looking back at his career, Sarkar says that choosing hotel management as a career option was perhaps the best decision of his life as it fulfilled his dream of becoming a chef.“Apart from my love to deliver delicious food, I love to ride superbikes and spend time with family and friends. Sharing my gourmet experiences and creating new innovative recipes with my team are my passion,” says Sarkar.
