Chef Mihir Kane has been appointed as the new Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. A seasoned hospitality professional, Chef Kane brings with him 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will lead the culinary team and oversee the hotel’s restaurant and bar, including in-room dining and banqueting.
Chef Kane is driven by his vision and determination to create a cutting-edge culinary experience for one and all focusing towards smooth operation and fine guest experience. Chef Kane finds his interest in Japanese and Italian cuisine and also loves to stay up-to-date with ongoing trends across the industry.
