Ranjana Pal has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Andaz Delhi — a luxury lifestyle hotel by Hyatt in Aerocity, New Delhi. Pal hails from the city of nawabs, Lucknow, and has spent most of her student life in Ahmedabad. She brings with her diverse work experience spread of 15+ years in the field of human resources across IT, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Ranjana’s last assignment was with Marriott Hotels as Cluster Director Human Resources at Renaissance Ahmedabad and Four Points Sheraton Ahmedabad, where she was responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions across both the hotels. Prior to that, she has worked with the Marriott and Starwood in various roles in Human Resources. Her passion towards creating connections and making a difference in the lives of people has been her mantra for success. Her core strengths are team dynamics, human capital management, human resources operations, strengthening employee wellness and the quality of work culture.
In her new role at Andaz Delhi, she will be managing the Human Resource function of the luxury lifestyle hotel overseeing Training, Employee Welfare, Work Culture and Employee Wellness, HR Operations and all other HR- related functions.
