The Leela Palace New Delhi hosts dinner with wine master Egon Müller and Master Chef Matteo Fontana


The Leela Palace New Delhi came together with the renowned Indian wine connoisseur, Mr Rajiv Kehr, to host an unforgettable evening with the finest German wine master, Egon Müller, along with one-star Michelin Chef, Daniel Dal-Ben, and Master Chef of Le cirque New Delhi, Matteo Fontana.


The event had master of wine, Egon Muller — who belongs to one of the most prestigious wine families of Europe and his wine regularly featured amongst the top 10 most expensive wines in the world along with owner of 1876, Daniel Dal Ben in Dusseldorf Germany — pair up delicious German/ Italian food at Le cirque New Delhi.


The evening saw Egon Muller’s wines, which are universally acknowledged as the ultimate Riesling in the world, Chef Daniel Dal Ben’s menu, which has touches of Italian influence, along with Master Chef of Le Cirque Matteo Fontana, who is known for his culinary prowess and loves being playful with colors, textures and compositions, creating the finest experiences anyone has seen in the capital.


The guest list comprised of many wine sommeliers, wine enthusiasts along with members of the diplomatic fraternity, industry veterans, members of the wine & food society Delhi and many others who came together to experience a masterpiece of the best wines, food and conversations.
