Sayaji with its constant endeavor to serve society also took an initiative to not only help light up lakhs of houses with the electricity but also promote employee wellness. The group collaborated with Impact App, which is a unique platform to raise funds by making people fit. An employee taking part in this event could raise INR 1 for the cause with every 100 meters that he walked or ran.


It also celebrates ‘Umang’ the town hall meeting to establish improved communication, facilitate appreciation, improve employee connect, share knowledge and experience, and develop inspired leadership. This event is organized once in two months through a common gathering of all the employees to create bonding and a sense of togetherness. Their core purpose is “To make more and more people happy for a prolonged period of time”.

The organization by virtue of this recognition will continue to uphold policies encouraging empowerment and fairness towards all members of the Sayaji Parivar.
